How fast can I get a dumpster in Austin?
Often the same day, and reliably the next. Call and tell me the job. If I can get you a container today I will say so on the phone rather than make you fill anything in.
What size dumpster do I need?
Small suits a single-room remodel, a garage clean-out, or a roof tear-off on a smaller house. Medium is the usual contractor pick for a whole floor or a larger roof. Large is for full-house clean-outs, new construction debris and real demolition debris. If you are between two, tell me what you are throwing out and I will pick.
How long can I keep it?
Three, seven, fourteen or twenty-eight days. If the job runs long, call me before the pickup date and we will move it.
Will it fit in my driveway?
Usually yes. Tell me the driveway and I will tell you honestly whether the size you want fits, or whether you want the next one down.
Do you do the loading, or just drop the container?
Both. A dumpster rental is you loading at your own pace. Junk removal is my crew doing the lifting so you never touch it.
What does junk removal cover?
Turnovers, clean-outs and estate cleanups. Landlords, property managers and homeowners call me for it. You point at what goes, my crew loads it, and it is gone the same visit.
Should I rent a dumpster or have you haul it?
If you want to load at your own pace over a few days, rent the dumpster. If you would rather not touch it, load it or think about it again, that is junk removal. Tell me the job and I will tell you which one it is.
Where do you go?
Austin and most of Central Texas, out to Georgetown, San Marcos, Bastrop and Dripping Springs. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask.
