Who I am

You are not dealing with a call center.

You are dealing with a real person. When you call, you get me. When I say I will show up, I show up.

I served in the United States Marine Corps, and I run this the way I was taught to run anything: show up when you said you would, and do not leave a mess behind you.

I own 1-800-JUNKPRO Austin, and my crew is who arrives when you book. The Dumpster Guy is my name on my own work, same trucks, same people, just easier to remember at seven in the morning when a job goes sideways.

The person who answers the phone is the person whose name is on the truck. That is not a slogan. I answer, I quote it, and my crew shows up and does it right.
